Thanks Caroline - I hope they are on to something here. I think the uk spelling for fagen is 'phage', just in case of confusion.
I have never felt comfortable with the idea that our bodies have simply started attacking themselves randomly as the currently accepted auto immune explanations imply.
It's much easier for me to believe there was a trigger, an infection that hasn't been discovered or something. Perhaps I prefer this idea because the implication of that is that it might one day be curable whereas currently we are told there's no cure, which is a hard thing to accept.
