Thank you Fred! I appoligize for coming into this site like a bull in a China cabinet, but I have literally never navigated the internet. I'm calm now. ?  Thanks for the help!  Now that I'm here, I'm excited for the opportunity to talk to others with my condition. Yo're welcome, and don't worry about the grammar I'm rubbish at it myself. We do make it a little difficult to join as it helps us keep out the spammers and scammers, but people can always contact us and we will help them.

As for settling in you can find a lot of information here: Help using the forum about using the forum.

You can also ask a Staff if you get stuck.

As for the private messages: Now you have made 5 posts you should be able to use the facility now. If not let me know, and I'll look into it.
