I was wondering why the psorinovo/fumaderm medication progression is like it is. And especially the gap from 3 x 30 mg each day, 1x 120 mg and than the gap to 2 x 120 mg at once. (Is the question clear?)
Is the answer habituation/acceptance of the body? If you remember did you (your body) noticed the difference?
With kind regards, Nico.
The steady build up Nico is to allow your body to adjust to the substance in your system, it can be tough to cope with which is why there is a slow build up the initial fumaderm are 30mg building week by week to 90mg then progress to the main tablets which are 120mg again building up weekly as shown it the leaflet here Fumaderm leaflet to a maximum of six tablets a day ( psorinovo I believe you can go higher with the dose )
For me that was 6 years ago and I don't remember the side effects getting worse... they were pretty bad from the start but my dermatologist said they would get easier as my body got used to it and they did get better
I now just have flushes regularly but they are not unpleasant but when your face goes red it can be embarrassing.
I don't know if that helps
