to the club, I agree with Caroline and don't think you have done anything wrong, it seems as if you are very careful with the products you use. However if it is psoriasis you have, putting product on it will not cure it. It might be something other than psoriasis. I hope it is something else that's easier to manage
But I think your first thing should be to get a diagnosis from a dermatologist, and see what advice or treatment they suggest
There are a few on here that treat themselves with natural treatments and perhaps you might get some advice on diet or creams to use
As Caroline said many on here swear by virgin coconut oil as a great natural moisturiser
