Hi again Michael Bill is right, take the tablets with a good meal, and at least a pint of fluid milk is good although I take mine with anything I fancy water, tea or coffee and they all work to minimise the side effects.
After a few months on the tablets the side effects will get less as your body accepts the tablets. I rarely get a stomach cramp, but I still get hot flushes but they are not unpleasant
