Hi and to the club, I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering with Sebopsoriasis is it your scalp that's affected or your face? Or another part of you ? A good starting point as you are using over the counter products is to look for shampoos and soaps that are paraben free Parabens what I found out ! this thread explains parabens and why you should avoid them
My best suggestion is to see a dermatologist if you aren't already, they will give a diagnosis and should offer a treatment which could help with the flare up...depending on where it is and the severity, will probably determine the treatment you are offered
I have never had anything apart from just plain psoriasis and have managed to control that with tablets.
