It is known in our experience that creams and potions always will fail in the end just as light therapy. It may help for a while, different from person to person, but in the end your skin will be too heavy damaged and you will have to stop.
Our Jim suggests Cosentyx, but I think that you might better first get some more information on Stelara. This last is more effective for Psoriasis, where Cosentyx works excellent for Psoriatic Arthritis.
But do take a look around on the forum. You can see with our members what they are using and what are their results.
Oh... and in my opinion, do avoid methotrexate.
