. As Fred said try not to let the diagnosis get you down. There is a wealth of information on this site for you to peruse at your leisure and everyone is really friendly and while non of us are medically trained we do have the experience of having to live with this disease. So don't be afraid to ask, somebody somewhere is likely to have an answer or be able to point you in the right direction
