William. Really great that you are doing so fine on such a small dose. Just continue I would say. You seem to be in a perfect balance now. There is no need to go out of that balance by stopping wholly.
Obi, the risk of PML is immensely low, much lower than with other medication like e.g. MTX. The few cases there are, are mostly due to bad monitoring. In the Netherlands the guidelines for monitoring now have been adapted, so now it is one of the safest medications available.
