And I was discharged there and then from the out patient Rheumatology Clinic and told there is nothing more they can do for me, as I am receiving excellent treatment from my GP (off the Tramadol and Lyrica - now wearing Butec Transdermal Patches and got liquid Morphine as standby for severe pain). However, the Stelara that I am using should help with any joint pain and if in the future my pain gets worse? = the Dermatologist can always referred me back to Rheumatologist. To date had only 3 injections of the Stelara and my Psoriasis is fading - I have what is referred to as "Staining" on my skin.
Hi Will and thanks for the update ....it's a shame that they say there's nothing more they can do for the osteoarthritis....I hope the Stelara which is working well on the psoriasis offers relief from the joint pain, but as Fred has said Cosentyx is there if you can get them to prescribe it if the Stelara begins to fail
