I just noticed this thread.
Now, because I have a few other medical problems, I take a number of tablets etc every day.
I take 1000mg of naproxen, amitriptyline, 50mg, morphine and a few other tablets.
My PsA effects mainly my my fingers, wrists etc.
I use to take ibuprofen for my spine but I came off it because it had no effect in the end.
For migraines, bad headaches, I take Aspro. It's brilliant and I have noticed it eases my painful finger joints up.
As Dave says, be sensible when taking these pain killers.
