Yes I think it will take time. But imagine how much it could save if they gave say a years worth of Cosentyx at early onset and a patient was clear for say 5 - 10 years or even for good. Not only in treatment cost but also in lost work time and peoples social spending.

I have heard before that they were experimenting with the approach of trying to hit the disease in the beginning stadium very hard, which they have very good results with. I think I read it in a rheuma context.
But this would need you to be in an academical hospital, where they are open for those type of approaches. I fear the in the normal hospital, they will follow the old-fashioned guidelines. Just like Jim says.
