TL I have changed your heading to "Ibuprofen use for psoriatic arthritis" that will make it more relevant for this section.

I used to use Paracetamol when I was really bad but I've never used the ones you mention. Having said that I prefer to go without as much as possible with pain killers as my thinking is to only use them when the pain is very very severe.
