There is also aspirin TL, that is nowadays much better than it used to be.

I hardly ever use painkillers, mainly because not necessary and I am quite unwilling to do so. When I need one, I now use the biological one I got from my doc. The effect is not so strong, but I like it being on a natural basis.

But thanks for the mentioning of diclofenac and ibuprofen.
