I'm looking forward to learning a lot here, and hopefully helping others when I can.
I have a relatively light case of plaque psoriasis; it began on my scalp about 18 years ago and moved on to elbows and knees. It has recently become more visible (backs of hands) and more widespread. I feel fortunate in that pain and itching are rarely a problem for me.
Odd in a way, but wouldn't it be great if we could someday celebrate the end of this forum? That would of course come from a Psoriasis cure and the condition becoming a distant memory!
Best of health to all of you!

Hi Greycloud to the club, there is plenty to learn here, from what members are using in natural treatments and prescribed treatments .....we are all happy to share experiences with each other on this platform that Fred has so kindly funded.....it's a site run by sufferers for sufferers, with no outside interference or advertising or requests for donations
You will find it difficult to find another resource with so much information in one place.
I see you are using corticosteroids to control the disease, although from your post they are starting to be less effective..........Read through the boards here and ask as many questions as you have, you will find the members are friendly and always willing to listen,or offer advice
Yes it would be great in an ideal world if this forum became redundant, but I doubt it will be in my lifetime, as there are billions of dollars being made by pharmaceutical companies, and they would hate to see a cure....they want to be able to sell us things to control it.
I look forward to chatting more with you soon but my bed is calling me
Jim
