Excellent opening to your journey Kaminari. Acitretin is weird stuff, there is no specific dose to it so there is generally a bit of experimentation until the correct dose is found. 10mg is quite low, I started off on 25mg ramped up to 30mg where it showed better efficacy but I have now come back down to 25mg. Generics don't make any difference over here in the UK, cost wise, unless you are in a specific group like a pensioner we all pay a fixed fee per item. There are however prepayment  cards that considerably reduce the outlay if like me you have several items a month to buy. It would be interesting to see if there are any differences you may be able to detect between Neotigason and a generic.
