Yes it's common in people with Psoriasis I think more so in people with Psoriatic Arthritis, Fatigue often occurs when there is inflammation in the body. Inflammation is linked with the release of powerful chemicals. These include:
I'm not always tired but have found the worse the psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis the more tied I feel, my dermatologist always asks me how tired I have been feeling.

- Inflammatory proteins which increase the stickiness of blood platelets.
- Proteins which bind to antibodies and circulate as immune complexes
