Millero86, how are you doing in Acitretin and how did Thailand go?

Hi kh924, sorry for the late reply!

I had to have a short break from Acitretin over the Xmas period due to illness (Norovirus is excellent for getting rid of the Xmas weight gain BTW) and following starting again in new year, I had some horrific rebound like symptoms. All the plagues on my elbows and knees were peeling like mad and the guttate became inflammed like I've never seen before. However, over the past week it was all settled down. 

The plagues on my elbows have smoothed off with the knees looking similar, the guttate is massively improving with the patches on my hands going slightly opaque? I don't want to count my chickens too early but it looks like Acitretin is having an effect. The main thing I'm doing is using diprobase to help with dry skin. The skin dryness is the main side effect I'm having, my lips are a mess and my nose is peeling? I'm hoping thats a combination of the winter weather taking hold in England. I've also had some days where I've felt shattered along with an awful headache/migraine but this has only been 2 days since the new year. No signs of hair loss either 

From reading the forum I noticed you had a positive reaction from Acitretin too. I'm hoping the reaction continues. I'd highly recommend Acetretin to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. I'll try post some pictures if I can. Thanks for asking about Thailand but it's not until March! Can't wait for some sunshine!
