I think you should go to your dermatologist and discusse the next options, as on the current ones you do not seem to have any effect anymore.

There are the systemics, chemicals that adjust your immune system like, Ciclosprorine, Acetretin, Dimethylfumarate or Methotrexate (avoid this last one).
And there are the biologicals, that block specific adapters on cells, like humire, Stelara, Cosentyx. The biologicals are quite new, expensive, but work very fast.
On this forum you can read and discuss on these possibilities. Most members use some of these and have results on them.
