You ask what age psoriatic arthritis can strike, I think I'm right in saying it like psoriasis can hit you at any age,
When you see your doctor ask to be referred to a dermatologist who might think you should be on one of the oral treatments like methotrexate, but it will depend on the severity of your psoriasis..
As you know there is no cure, but it should be possible to control it effectively when you find the right treatment
