Well I don't use cosmetics so that doesn't worry me, what concerns me is the fake drugs that get into our health service a couple of years ago they withdrew several drugs from the National Health Service, after many people had been treated with them.
How they got into the system is not known but as Caroline says it's better to have product that has passed regulatory control. But how do you know that is what you are getting ?
The criminals are very clever and because some have been detected don't think the problem has gone away. It is big business for organised crime and they don't stop because some get caught
