Apologies first of all for the lack of contribution on the forum recently, hope you're all doing well?

I'm here looking for some advice from you lovely people!  I seem to have developed psoriasis on my eyelids!  I've had this before, but can't remember the name of the cream used for sensitive places like that.  Can anyone advise please,  Big Grin

No apologies needed Amanda, we all have times where we are more active than other times.

No experience with psoriasis on the eyelids, sorry. Sounds quite annoying though! Hope someone can offer some advice.

Hi Amanda I'm not sure which cream you have in mind is it Dovonex which is a vitamin d derivative and not as harmful as a steroid cream, there are others but I'm not sure of use when pregnant but I think Dovonex is safe, but do ask your doctor first .....there are eczema drugs that may be safe but I'm not sure of them

Yep like Kat said you don't need to apologise, people come and go as they please. We welcome everyone's visits and contributions, but we also know that people do have lives outside of Psoriasis Club.

We encourage our members to give updates if they have a thread going about their current treatment and to make new threads as you have done, we also encourage our members to try and answer questions and say hello to those that start new threads in Intro's. But no one is obligated and some members do just pop in to ask questions, we don't mind as some of us just like helping if we can.

Re your Eye Lids: Things that may be worth a try that should be safe for that area.

Coconut Oil
50/50 mix of Peanut and Olive Oils
Aqueous Cream
Dexeryl
Vaseline

*Dexeryl and Aqueous Cream do contain parabens Parabens what I found out !

Just a suggestion Amanda if you want  good information on all sorts of drugs/creams etc then go on to Drugs dot com .When I first started on MTX my derm advised me to go on and you can do cross references on interactions plus all sorts of information on the drugs you are using. I have used it many times especially now I am on Stelara.
