The psa seems to require a higher dose to manage it. I could manage the psoriasis with weekly doses and the occasional accessory dose, but the arthritis would become a problem. Two weekly doses gives good control. Three would probably be better still, but a little harder to stomach and might push the lymphocyte count down a bit much. I will get a blood test on Monday and if all is good I might give three a try for a while.

Are you using nsaids? You might also be able to try concentrating the doses, but I am not sure if it would work like the raw stuff.

No I'm not using anything except Fumaderm, I'm managing quite well and the pain is only bad in the mornings I try not to sit around for too long as that does cause stiffness and hurts.

I haven't tried concentrating the dose yet but I will hold that in reserve for maybe later if I feel brave

I hope your blood test will be good and everything is within normal limits

Thanks, Jim. If it is mild then I wonder why popping the odd analgesic wouldn't be a better option? Mtx sounds a bit drastic.

Guys, if necessary I use something called PEA Pure.
It is a painkiller and inflammation reducer. Do a google for it. It is claimed to be a more natural product than the aspirin's.
I think it helps... Big Grin it works in a subtle way.
