I decided to write something positive here also. My psoriasis spots are fading and I have almost no left. My arthritis in my fingers is gone. I feel almost like a "normal" person  Clap I pray that God will let this continue.

Hey Benlytz,

That is very nice to hear Clap

Often, when I check the forum in the morning, I see that you are logged on, so you are a silent but steady follower of psoriasisclub.
But it is so good to hear that things are going so good for you! Do you have an explanation for that? You are only using cortisone, so I would think that would not help against the arthritis. Smile
Did you change something in the way you are living?

I hope with you that things will stay like this. Big Grin

Cheers,
Caroline

That's great news Benlytz. Its always good to read on here that someone has got relief from this terrible disease, and to wake this morning and read that it is you makes me smile .... It's great to feel and look like a normal person, it certainly lifts your spirits
Like Caroline I often notice you online so it's nice when we hear positive news from you
Thanks for posting Thumb

Well there might be one explanation. I usually use only cortisone ointment and from time to time Prednisolone tablets. But now I had a nasty ear infection and got a very strong Cortisone for that. That might have helped me psoriasis.
You are right. I am usually here early in the morning.

Well done Ben we like good news. And we don't have many "Normal" people on here. Big Grin

Long may it continue.

Regards.

Is it usual that psoriasis symptoms go away. Both skin and joint problems? Because I feel so good right now. I haven't been able to use my hands in several years and now they are like hands of a 25-years old person. May God continue to help me.

No Benlytz, that is very unusual.
Psoriasis is an auto immune disease that normally does not go away.

Years ago after a special treatment my PsA also vanished suddenly in time of a few days, unfortunately that came back within a few weeks.

I certainly hope for you that this remission for you stays and that you will continue to feel very good.

I'm not sure, it's not something I have heard of, but enjoy the new found freedom and I hope for you that it lasts and doesn't come back Thumb
