Weird psoriasis?

I'm not too sure what kind of psoriasis I have. I get weird flare ups. Sometimes they're minor. (Red and white flaky) Other times they're red/yellow/ and when the stuff plagued on my neck falls off it's hard as a rock. Right now I have a very bad flare up. It's pussy and has hard yellow stuff falling off it and it hurts to move my neck. (I only have it on my scalp and on my neck.) My scalp seems to be the worst effected area and my neck is very minor. Would anyone recommend bag balm for this?

I do however recommend you get a professional diagnosis from your GP or preferably a dermatologist, as it could be something else.

Would anyone recommend bag balm for this?

Never heard of it myself, but did find out the following info on Wkipedia.

With us this is called (beware direct translation) nipple cream, often used by women who breast feed their babies. It is used, of course, for cracked nipples.
Indeed it is quite equal to Udder Ointment.

It helps very well if you have some crack in your toes, hands or .. Nipples. But I do not know if it does something for psoriasis, maybe indeed a moisturizing effect but that's all.
