You dont muck about, Bassman. I started noticing a small effect after a week. It is working quite well now. When you start using the powder you may find it a little difficult to measure as it clumps. Any measurement between 1g and 1.2g is acceptable for me.

Cheers,

Bill

Yep, still alive folks. Its only been a couple of days, so not expecting anything yet. It may even be that i'm a slow reactor, so i cant rely on the the same time frame as you Bill, thats if i get any reaction

PS thanks for the heads up on the grammage Bill. When its time to start on the powder, I will get the measurements as accurately as i can, according to the scales

I cant be positive, but ' think ' the Cysteine might be having an affect. Its slight enough though, that it just may be the Fuma thats going that little bit extra, though i had come to the conclusion that it had gone as far as it could, hence  starting the Cysteine.

I'm going to carry on with the Cysteine along side the Fuma,  and although i appear to be a slower reactor to this stuff, it may be worth it in the end.  As i speak i'm about 98% totally clear , so dare not give up. !!

Great news Bassman it could be the cysteine working, whatever it is that's having an effect it's worth keeping going.
I'm just waiting for the results of my blood test and if it is the same as the last one ( stable) I will introduce cysteine into my regime. Then I can monitor my bloods and see if it raises my lymphocyte count

Good to hear your news Thumb

Yeah, it takes a while, but the effect for me has accumulated. I notice that the return of redness to plaques has slowed. I have almost no redness in my plaques now.

Good luck.

Hey Jim,  thanks..yes it maybe the Cysteine, but cannot tell right now. If I go totally clear, then yes, i will put it down to that stuff, as the Fuma has still not yet done 100% of the work as far as i can tell

I'm down to about 3 pink blobs approx 7 or 8 mm in size on one leg.  Zero plaque....that went many moons ago.  If nothing else, i'm pretty happy i got this far, and lucky too, compared to some

Hi Bill, and thanks..it maybe that Cysteine is more for plaque than other types, maybe thats why i only think i've seen a slight improvement. I dont have any Plaque so the Cysteine has no work to do in that dept.

I'm still carrying on with both. I get bloods done by my surgery so have no worries about that.  Cysteine may ( or may not ) take longer because i'm me, or because it works better on Plaque ,  or a mixture of both..who knows

I have inverse as well and not much has worked for it. Tnfs do not work, but Stelera work some. My areas where my inverse was has transformed into postulate psoriasis and I am now using multiple steriod creams.

Hi Bassman,

I think of the disease in terms of redness, thickness, scaling and extent. I dont know if there are differences in the pathology for the different types of psoriasis. I only have a few spots now, all under 5mm across, flat, and with little or no scale and redness. In total the area might amount to a few fingers, and the disease has retreated to elbows, knees, one shin, and a bit behind the ears. Getting rid of the redness seems to be the key to getting rid of the psoriasis in my case.

Cheers,

Bill
