Methotrexate Injection

I knew I hated this bloody stuff, so not only does it poison me, it can also cause my ticker to go wonky.  

That seems to be a risk of PsA anyway. The so called co-morbidity.
It was mentioned somewhere in one of the publications you have referred to.

Yes I remember posting it somewhere, but I enjoy finding fault with methotrexate anyway.

You have to put up first Fred before you can take it down !!!

Had second methotrexate shot today, bloods are ok, I've not experienced any side effect that I could 100% say where down to the methotrexate but I'm still feeling rubbish. I did think on Saturday there was a glimmer of hope as I felt slightly better, but it didn't last and I'm still much the same.

Psoriasis Score is still exactly the same at 9, but Psoriatic Arthritis Score has gone up 1 to 24. And I'm still feeling shit and miserable.

Nothing else to say really, positives are still hard to find but I'm still working hard at it.

Sorry it hasn't worked yet Fred but it's early days even for methotrexate ... Watching your score going up is painful to see ... I ...like The rest of the forum can't wait for you to over this hurdle and feeling good again

That's odd I thought I had answered you Kat, I must have pushed the wrong button.

I don't know how long it usually takes to get going, but to be honest in some ways I'm hoping it never does.

Of course you must improve before you perhaps can take a next step.
So i just hope that the MTX works for you despite I disgust the stuff.

Not sure if it's related yet or not, but I seem to remember last week saying to Mrs Fred I felt like I was coming down with a cold or something, I can't remember it exactly as I've been asleep since then but it wasn't bad and did seem to pass.

So I'm going to keep some notes here as today (Tuesday one day after methrotrexate shot) I have a bad headache, I'm feeling a bit nauseous, very tired and off my food a little.
