If it does get too much as you are still in the UK there is the alternative of the drug I am on its available on the NHS.... But let's not go there yet let's give acetretin a good go.
A great idea the regular updates I look back at mine or on my journal that you should now be able to see to see how I'm doing its a good way to record your progress
