And it’s back, like clockwork.. funny thing is, it’s not even cold out. But it’s up my left nostril and my nose is peeling generally. I will mention it when I see the derm. Again. She will have nothing to say or offer - that’s my bet anyway.

Oh that's a shame TL, I hope you get it sorted. Could it be worth shoving some cotton wool up one side at a time with something on it and leaving it there for a while so it soaks in ?

It is a good idea to try, one nostril at a time.  As for how it looks, just go for an alter-ego, like character Mandy, while having the cotton up one side.
