Have you tried Neil Med, or a petty pot nasal rinse?
I used to feel like I had psoriasis in my nose, then I started using Neil Med nasal rinse along with dosing Vitamin D and my nose and breathing have improved dramatically. I also have a TMJ issue which causes my nasal problems, but thats another story lol.

Sorry, I missed this until now - I have on occasion used the seawater nasal rinse but that’s when I’ve had a cold, but I hadn’t noticed an improvement in the psoriasis. I haven’t got the symptoms at the moment, it seems to be mainly over winter. But if it comes back perhaps I’ll try it on a regular basis..

And it’s back, like clockwork.. funny thing is, it’s not even cold out. But it’s up my left nostril and my nose is peeling generally. I will mention it when I see the derm. Again. She will have nothing to say or offer - that’s my bet anyway.

Well, if you do use moisturiser on a cotton bud up there, it’s only a short time before I’m blowing my nose - the trouble is when something tickles it stings, your nose is inclined to run. I have got some greasy ointment that might last a little longer. All sounds gross - sorry!

Could it be worth shoving some cotton wool up one side at a time with something on it and leaving it there for a while so it soaks in ? |
