Last Night, better said early this morning that was a red full moon, anyone seen it?

About the syndrome. I really had a flare up a few weeks ago. But gradually it went away again. My feet are doing fine again after a bad few weeks of pain. Went spinning without problems again.
How is your situation doing, have your flare ups, if you had them, also passed again?

It's a significant celestial event. The rule of thumb is if there is one of those, thick cloud obscures everything and I miss it.

My minor flare was at the new moon this time. Having said that it hasn't really receeded.

Over here it was very clear to see.

Good that your flare also has receeded. Still a bit amazed that it happened with the new moon and also that it went down again.

Yes it is and you are right the heat can make the bones worse, but I will see in a couple of days.
