I have found since using the Calmine Lotion it has helped with the itching, but when I do get a flake off I have noticed it is moist underneath and the skin starts weeping easily. So I'm wondering if the Calamine is stopping the psoriasis from breathing ?
I have gone back to Coconut Oil in the morning and Calamine Lotion in the evening and it does seem to be drying out better. I would say Calamine Lotion is great for a quick fix for the itch or to help you get a good nights sleep, but don't get carried away with it and remember to let the psoriasis have a break so the air can get to it.

interesting! Sudocreme; i use it for sore spots in sensitive areas. Only recently, after some googling and it does seem to give relief where vaseline wouldn't.
