The definition of PsA is not adequately definided (big problem). Jiml has a very specific problem in an area that PsA and OA is common. Random aches and pains is probably just age, but really cannot be diagnosed on forums

I asked if I might have it, and they said I did based on the fact I have had Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, and I have carpal tunnel as well though I can't remember if that counts.. Anyway, they said yes, I did have it just based on those things, no swollen joints as yet.
I asked if they could test to confirm and they said no, it was a 'clinical diagnosis' and I could take it as confirmed.

Oh the plot thickens Turnedlight there seems to be so many different ways to diagnose it I'm still hoping it's just old age Confused
