The definition of PsA is not adequately definided (big problem). Jiml has a very specific problem in an area that PsA and OA is common. Random aches and pains is probably just age, but really cannot be diagnosed on forums

   I'll accept that diagnosis of age  

I asked if I might have it, and they said I did based on the fact I have had Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, and I have carpal tunnel as well though I can't remember if that counts.. Anyway, they said yes, I did have it just based on those things, no swollen joints as yet.
I asked if they could test to confirm and they said no, it was a 'clinical diagnosis' and I could take it as confirmed.

Oh the plot thickens Turnedlight there seems to be so many different ways to diagnose it I'm still hoping it's just old age
