Stelara has a higher dose that is effective with crohns. Some of the IL 23A may help as well.

That sounds very unpleasant for you. The side effects you mention are worrying and it sounds to me as if Otezla is not for you . I’m not sure why  you were taken off Cosentyx but I would ask how it affects Crohns ... if you have never been on Stelara do ask about that as it can be used with crohn  and Psoriasis

Good luck
Jim

I would tell her that otezla is not for you either, tell her that Stelara can help both conditions I’ll send you a private message Thumb

Yes I'm with Jim ask about Stelara.

I know it's easy to say, but try not to let depression get a hold of you. You can always talk to us here, we may not have all the answers but it may help to offload a bit. We have a dedicated thread for our members about depression should you ever need it: [Group Specific]

They go after a different target in your body. It's a bit difficult to explain, but today most Bio's aim for the IL (interleukin) as they are finding they give better results.

You can read more about them here: Biological Treatments For Psoriasis

If you have a choice between the two I would suggest going for Stelara.
