Im on my third dose, soon to be 4th of bimzelx and have noticed spots some almost as big as boils under my arms and on my flanks but i can get them everywhere even on my fingers. i normally have 5 or 6 under each arm/flank and two on each arm.
with cosentyx i started getting a red rash under my armpits. inverted p?  and that hasnt gone away in fact its spread slightly and the spots have come to play as well. they struggle to get a head and im trying to get some fucidin to help. i did get a few spots with cosentyx but nothing like this.

also my face flares up all the time under my beard, and on my forehead.
and ive got p inbetween my toes.

anyone else?

Sometime a new treatment can cause a few problems till your body gets used to it. I've just checked here Bimzelx (bimekizumab) and blisters are mentioned.

If it's your 4th you are still on the loading dose, so it may calm down but if it keeps getting worse I would contact your dermatologist.

We don't have many on Bimzelx so please do keep us updated.

thanks fred, i take my 4th dose next week. i have no blisters just spots that struggle to get a squeezable yellow head but they do eventually then once popped they go after 4 or 5 days. my pa is ok atm. so is my p. but my inverted p on my amrmpits  is bad. something i only got in the last year despite having p for 40 odd years.

i did get the very odd spot with cosentyx and stelara. but nothing like this.
i will contact my dermatologists secretary in a fortnight if its still bad  to see if i can have a chat with him as im not due to see him for 5 months.

stelara was poor for my pa but cosentyx was great but my p wasnt 100% clear and thats why he put me on bimzelx.

Have you heard of a condition called Hidradentitis Suppurativa?  I wonder if that may be developing?  With it being so uncomfortable, I think it's worthwhile to see your dermatologist before waiting the five months for the next appointment.  I'm glad your Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis are doing okay.

nah dont think so. these are just spots that struggle to get a head so hardly any puss if any.

alhough ive just got the largest one ever on my forearm the size of a small boil. i do have a condition called open pores and have always been spottier than most but not since my teenage years have i had this many.

ill keep an eye on it thx forest walker
