I agree, I believe you can take Vit d all the time, though perhaps at lower levels..

Agreed too, I always take some extra vitamin D

Always have taken Vit D3 2000iu a day plus now B12.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for the welcome.

My GP wanted to check my bloods my bloods again, before he gives me some more supplements. Although, I have bought some off the shelf ones, and while my skins still not great, I still feel a lot better within my self. I've got another primary illness at the moment, which I think i'll do a longer post on. Because I've noticed so many different things including psoriasis connected with vitamin D and all the other side issue I've got, and my primary problem.
