Dermablend is ok, it is formulated for people with skin conditions so doesn't aggravate. However, they have limited tones and even their lightest makes me look like I have really badly applied a fake tan. There is a company called Keromask who have a range of tones and mixers that you can buy to get a perfect tone match with your skin, it applies well, lasts a long time and gives great coverage. I wore it at a friends wedding in the summer as I didn't want to have to cover my arms and it camoflaged my psoriasis patches really well. Keromask was designed for people with Psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo and rosacea etc and I had no reaction at all to it (which is unusual as I have horrendous cosmetics allergies).

Thanks Krissie I haven't heard of Keromask before and my psoriasis is clear but I well remember the horror if waking and finding it creeping down my forehead, and now I have a few white patches mainly on my legs  where the psoriasis was which doesn't show in the winter but won't tan in the summer. I live with it as I'm still without the psoriasis and I don't feel like a leper with them, but a few members have asked about how to get rid of the patches and of course as in your case covering psoriasis for an occasion it is important to  feel comfortable
