Hi Jean, I see both Jim and Caroline have answered with their knowledge of Skilarence and DMF.

Not anything I've ever been on but from being here for a long time now and reading about treatments, it does seem as if all of them take some time before getting results.

I hope you get adjusted soon and also that good results will come from it! Smile

Hi Jean,

I agree that diarrhoea is the result of irritation from dmf and that maintaining a lower dose so your body can adjust is a good strategy. I take dmf as a raw chemical and started at 3*240mg daily dosing: Never constipated, but no diarrhoea either fortunately. I hope you can build some resistance to it as I still think it the best treatment for psoriasis if it works for you.
