Just a quick question about Stelara.
I have been monitoring any side effects over the last 4  Stelara injections and at week 8 in the 12 week cycle I have had a migraine. This has happened every time in the last 4 injections, has anyone else had this problem.
Hello Dave, I have moved your post to this thread as it may get noticed better by others.

I've never experienced migraines so I'm not much help, though I did sometimes get a slight headache after my Stelara shot for the first few months of starting it. But after a year or so I never had any problems.
Not migraines Dave but I do get some headaches mate.

The best thing I have ever taken for headaches and on the very odd occasion, migraines, I take Aspro.

Can't get Aspro here in the UK because of some bulls**t ruling etc but I get my Aspro from Australia.

Just to make you chuckle Dave, Aspro is made in France !!!!

Hope you get some relief quickly mate.

I thought it was peculiar last year that I got the odd migraine so I started keeping a diary on what I thought may be side effects and it transpired that on week 8 for the last 4 Stelara 12 week periods I have had migraines , just one or two then nothing else until next time. I still get tired for a few days after injecting but as far as I can see nothing much else but I do ache a lot but my PsA is getting worse especially my neck and back so it may be more connected to that rather than the Stelara . I have a MRI scan booked for Monday so I will see how bad it's got from the last scan which must be nearly three years ago now.
Not heard anyone mention Aspro for years , not surprised that it's made in France as they make all sorts of rubbish there, what's in it as I would have thought that there is very few ingredients to choose from, I would have thought that aspirin is one of the things in it so what other thing makes it so deadly to humans that they have to ban it, well apart that it comes from France Andy !

Dave,

The aspirins that they have nowadays is not the same anymore as they had it in the past, when it caused harm to your stomach and so on.
Currently it is virtually harmless, only the good aspects are still there like the painkilling effect and the slightly thinning of the blood.
It is even advised that if you go for a long plane flight it is sensible to take an aspirin in order to prevent the cluttering of your blood when you sit that long. The risk on thrombosis is lowered by the aspirin.
Why was Aspro banned .

I asked at my village chemist Dave as to why it's banned.

They made enquiries and it seems that some $@#&+!/ in the eu thinks that there is to much salt in Aspro.

Personally, I think it's the biggest load of b**l**ks I've ever heard.

If you got a fleabay account, I can PM you the items in question mate.

To much salt , christ thank god we are leaving the EU.
I was just wondering why GB. I thought that Aspro thinned your blood and salt thickens it so what would be a problem.
