Cards and Flyers

I'm not great at this sort of thing, and if anyone has a better idea please let me know. But I have a Card and Flyer for Psoriasis Club.

I put the Flyer up With Permision in my dermatologists waiting room. and I keep a couple of cards on me in case I ever meet someone who may be interested.

Please if you do use them, do not put them anywhere without permission, and also respect that some people may be offended if you walk up to them in the street and say "I notice you have psoriasis" and shove a card in their hand.

But if you do want to use them, I have made them available in PDF or Word document. (If anyone knows how to make them available in other ways let me know) Or better still if you are a designer and can make them better please go ahead.

The Card will give you 10 on an A4

The Flyer will give you 2 on an A4 It helps to cut between the tear offs with scissors so they don't get ripped.

Hi Fred can I have a go at doing something
I can sew and bake but not sure how it could help us. Any suggestions. I bake a lot for folk so I could do things like that. I sew all sorts of things. I normally experiment with my sewing as they are normally my own creations and not from patterns. let me know if these could help us.
